📋 Pre-Consultation Sleep Assessment – Before our session, you’ll complete an intake form and a 3-day sleep diary. I’ll analyze your child’s sleep patterns and challenges in advance to ensure we make the most of our time together.
📞 1-Hour Video Consultation – A dedicated session where we’ll review your intake form, discuss your child's sleep history, concerns, and parenting goals, and create a plan you feel confident implementing. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any sleep-related questions.
📝 Personalized Sleep Plan – After our consultation, you’ll receive a detailed, customized sleep plan outlining step-by-step strategies to help your child achieve better sleep.
🤝 2 Weeks of Ongoing Support – I’ll be by your side throughout your sleep journey, providing guidance, reassurance, and adjustments as needed. This includes:
✔️ Daily sleep log analysis to track progress
✔️ Daily check-ins via email or WhatsApp

Intake forms to be completed before plan is created and consultation video call takes place (allow 60-70 minutes for call). Daily support kicks off once client begins plan. I recommend starting the plan within a few days of having the consultation call.
