What’s Included;

📋 Pre-Consultation Sleep Assessment
Before our session, you will complete a detailed intake form and a 3-day sleep diary. This allows me to analyse your child’s sleep patterns in advance so we can make the most of our time together. I can also assess your child’s sleep environment and provide tailored recommendations.

📞 1-Hour Video Consultation
During our consultation we will review your child’s sleep history, discuss your concerns and parenting goals, and create a plan you feel confident implementing. You will also have the opportunity to ask any sleep-related questions.

📝 Personalised Sleep Plan
Following our consultation, you will receive a detailed written sleep plan outlining clear, step-by-step strategies to support your child’s sleep.

🤝 2–3 Weeks of Ongoing Support
I will support you throughout the implementation process with guidance, reassurance and adjustments as needed. This includes:

✔️ Daily sleep log review to track progress
✔️ Daily check-ins via email or WhatsApp
✔️ Ongoing adjustments to your plan if needed

🌙 Setting You Up for Long-Term Sleep Success

My goal is not just to improve sleep now, but to give you the knowledge and confidence to manage your child’s sleep as they grow. By the end of our time together, you will understand your child’s sleep needs, know how to respond to common sleep challenges, and feel equipped to handle future changes such as regressions, nap transitions, travel, illness, or developmental leaps.

You will leave with the tools, strategies and reassurance needed to confidently support your child’s sleep long after our work together has finished.

Intake forms to be completed before plan is created and consultation video call takes place (allow 60-70 minutes for call). Daily support kicks off once client begins plan. I recommend starting the plan within a few days of having the consultation call.
